The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) hosted meal gatherings in Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Taichung City, Tainan City and Kaohsiung City respectively in September. Apart from welcoming the freshmen to commence their studies in Taiwan, the gatherings also provided opportunities for Hong Kong students to get-together and meet new friends.
HKETCO introduced the services and support provided to Hong Kong students studying in Taiwan to over 170 attendees from universities in various counties and cities, as well as reminded them to pay attention to safety.
