2019 Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic Co-operation Forum (4 Sep 2019)

On 4 September, the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) and “Business Today” jointly organised the “2019 Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic Co-operation Forum” in Taipei City. With “Embracing opportunities of Artificial Intelligence, mastering the smart future” as the theme, the Forum invited experts from Hong Kong and Taiwan to share their insights and experiences on research, talent training and commercial application of relevant technologies; analyse major trends of future development; and discuss how to leverage the strengths of and Hong Kong and Taiwan and generate business opportunities through collaboration between the two places. Mr Jimmy Ng, Chairman of the Hong Kong-Taiwan Business Co-operation Committee officiated the event. Over 300 representatives from the business community and academia attended the Forum.
