Hong Kong lantern area at 2019 Nantou Lantern Festival (2.2 – 24.2.2019)

The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) set up a Hong Kong lantern area at the 2019 Nantou Lantern Festival, which was held in Nantou County Convention and Exhibition Centre between 2 and 24 February. A vast array of lanterns featuring the Victoria Harobur skyline, Cantonese opera and traditional “dim sum” was displayed to showcase cityscape and cultural customs of Hong Kong. Videos on Hong Kong’s latest developments on trade, travel and arts and culture were broadcasted at the venue, coupled with quiz games and distribution of the "Art & Culture@Hong Kong" publication. Visitors were enticed to understand the diversified culture of the Asia’s world city.
