HKETCO Director visits Houpu 16 Art Zone in Kinmen County （24. 10. 2017）

Director of the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO), Mr Rex Chang, visited Houpu 16 Art Zone in Kinmen County on 24 October. Mr Chang exchanged with practitioners engaging in the cultural and creative industries there.
