Mr Rex Chang, Director of the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO), visited Keelung City on 29 October. He called on the Mayor of Keelung City, Mr Lin You-chang and the Chairman of Keelung City Chamber of Commerce, Mr Cheng Ching-chou. Mr Chang also visited the Port of Keelung to learn about the development of its cruise and passenger businesses.
