The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) organised a series of Art & Culture@Hong Kong talks to promote Hong Kong's arts and culture. The talk was held farther in Tainan at the Museum of Taiwan Literature for the first time on 24 October. Mr William To, the Creative and Programme Director of PMQ, was invited to share his experience in PMQ in developing cultural and creative industries, with Ms Chen Ming-hui, the Assistant Professor of the Cheng Kung University as the moderator.
