The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) hosted a career talk cum reception for Hong Kong students on 22 May in collaboration with two Hong Kong and Macao student groups in Taiwan. Representatives from two enterprises, namely Cathay Pacific and Ernst & Young, were invited to give presentations on job opportunities in related businesses in Hong Kong and share job-seeking tips. Henry Lai, Deputy Director of HKETCO, also gave an overview of the civil service of Hong Kong, shared related recruitment information with participants and explained HKETCO’s summer internships. Over 50 Hong Kong university students studying in various places in Taiwan joined the event.
