On 26 November, John Leung, Director of the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO), visited Chi Nan University in Nantou County. He met with senior staff of the university and had a lunch meeting with around 80 Hong Kong students studying there. The visit was aimed at building a closer relationship with the school and connecting with Hong Kong students.
