At the invitation of Rotary Club of Taipei Leaders, Director of the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office, Mr John Leung, delivered a keynote speech on "The Recent Economic Situation of Hong Kong and the Development of Relationship between Hong Kong and Taiwan" at their dinner meeting on November 8.
